Our country house with more than 6 000 square meters tropical garden is located at about 600 meters above sea level, which is likely to be related to the climate, the ideal height -. In the summer is not too hot, not too cold in winter.
On more than 100 square meters, our house offers 2 double bedrooms, nice big living room, large and very well equipped kitchen with dining and several terraces - partly covered.
exterior double window shade shutters, high canary roofs throughout the house, a bathroom, a separate toilet, air conditioning in bedrooms 1, sunbeds, dining and inside, fully equipped kitchen, cot, barbecue, stove and electric heater if it will get cooler, washing machine , sheets, towels, etc.

We love La Palma ! Here we feel comfortable , stretch out , hiking and trips to the beach and in the mountains , meeting friends ... Here we manage to leave the stress of everyday life behind us .
Why they chose this property
After many holidays in which we have the island extensively explored , the choice of the location Punta Gorda for our real estate acquisition was very easy for us . It is located in the sunny west , you get everything you need -even on foot and our finca is very quiet away from thoroughfares . Walks to the sea or in the mountains , you can start directly from the finca . And every weekend here has the Mercadillo opened , which is the island and farmer's market for fruit, vegetables , meat , bread and cakes . Also ask the artisans from here and it is easily reached by foot from our Finca.

Hiking, mountain biking , excursions to the seaside or the mountains of the volcanic island ? Or would you simply let your mind wander , enjoy peace and good food ? Either way - you will certainly feel at well !
