Good little apartment

Checking in is easy as the keys are there on your arrival. Host was need to the app and this is why I gave the communication a 3 star but they were helpful otherwise. Appartment is as listed and it has a tram station right outside which makes travel easy and it is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Feedback to the host would be to display the wifi code a bit better. Otherwise a lovely holiday and I would reccommend this accommodation

Séjour de 2 nuits très décevant dans cet appartement, avec point positif qu'il soit très bien situé.Problèmes rencontrés :1- Absence d'eau chaude pendant quasiment tout le séjour - résolue "efficacement" en fin d'après midi (et donc eau chaude le dernier matin...) mais faute d'un double de clé, nous avons dû interrompre notre séjour et modifier nos plans du samedi après-midi pour permettre l'intervention2- Robinetterie instable, rouille et craquelures visibles en salle de bain, cuisine et sur la plaque 3- Store hors service4- 2 kits serviettes fournis au lieu des 3 annoncés, aucune action pour nous amener le kit manquant.. Les gestionnaires justifient ces éléments par un appartement "pas encore entièrement rénové" et un "tarif particulièrement accessible" — non visible sur les photos. Un logement doit correspondre à ce qui est affiché, quelle que soit sa gamme de prix.Concernant le dédommagement demandé, la réponse reçue est que les propriétaires ont déjà payé de gros frais de réparation — ce que je comprends, mais qui reste indépendant de mon séjour et de mon confort en tant que locataireAucun geste commercial proposé à ce jour. Ce qui en dit long sur la considération accordée aux locataires.À louer en connaissance de cause.

Etat de l'appartement déplorable, le four avec des coulées de graisse, le lave vaisselle avec de l'eau stagnante, la vaisselle pas propreLe volet dans la chambre est cassé donc impossible à ouvrir, La porte de la salle de bain complétement défoncée. L'arrivée d'eau du lave linge qui fuit, obligé de mettre des seaux pour récupérer l'eau qui coule du robinet Sans parler d'un interrupteur qui n'est pas fixé et qui ne tient que par les fils électriques

L'appartement n'était pas propre. Surtout la vaisselle, le couvert et les placards. Nous étions obligé de lavé les affaires qu'on pensait d'utiliser. Lave-vaisselle ne fonctionné pas et était dans un état déplorable. La salle de bain n'était pas dans une bonne état et pas au norme. La pomme de douche était beaucoup trop proche des ampoules et que separé par une rideau de douche.Quelques placard était très fragile.L'appartement a des bonne potentiel vu la luminosité, l'espace et la placement. Mais a besoin d'entretien et une ménage profond par tout. Le contact avec les conciërge était rapide et agréable.
