Our apartment is designed for 2 to 5 people and is located in. 1 Floor. The bedroom has a double bed 1,80x2,00m. In the children's bunk beds 1,95x0,90 m and a further extra bed is possible in the living area. The flooring is laminate. It is a pure Nichtraucherwohnung..Der large balcony runs along the south and west sides of the house. The rent includes: use of the entire inventory. Bed, kitchen and bath linen, electricity, water, heating, parking, use of sunbathing area, cellar for skis or similar, TV with cable connection (200 TV channels) final cleaning included.

Welcome to the Haus Schmidt. Our house is centrally located in Bayrischzell surrounded by a large garden with gazebo and barbecue grill, right on the spiral Steinbach. All our apartments are in rustic style, have wireless connection, TV-connection, cosmetic mirror, first aid box, fire alarm and internet connection (W-Lan). Each of our apartments has its own parking. The pets are available on request. Bikes for excursions can be rented for a fee.  Guests receive free passes to the tennis court and the public Warmfreibad. And in the morning fresh rolls are brought you on request.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut Umgebung, Lage und örtliche Bedingungen waren sehr gut, aber die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Überall waren Spinnweben. Das Toilettenpapier muss da eingeteilt werden des Weiteren die Vermieterin dadurch, dass wir nun eine etwas Mollige Figur haben, wurden wir gleich angezählt, was ich nicht in Ordnung fand und auch mit der bezahl Moral, dass ich drei Tage hinter meiner Rechnung hinterherlaufen musste. Also summa summarum war der Aufenthalt okay aber die Kommunikation an der Vermietung und Sauberkeit liest zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr familienfreundlich

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Nicht nur das Wetter war hervorragend. Frau Schmidt war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und ist auch auf einige ausgefallene Wünsche der Kinder eingegangen. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die Wohnung auch ohne Auto sehr gut zu erreichen!

Kommen gerne wieder

Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man braucht und sogar einem rießigen Balkon. In der Umgebung kann man sehr schön wandern gehen. Nur die Kommunikation über den Hund war leider ein Missverständnis. In dieser Wohnung sind Hunde eig. Nicht erlaubt. Dennoch durften wir mit Hund kommen und wurden alle freundlich und höflich willkommen geheißen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
