Town centre less than 10 minutes walk along the beach, numerous shops (Carrefour City/greengrocer/bakery/butcher/restaurants...). Nearby: water park/golf/thalassotherapy centre/equestrian centre/sailing school/Cabourg/mini-golf/children's playground & Pan Track/cycle path/water park/amusement park 30 minutes away. Numerous activities and events offered in the summer (concerts/beach picnics/night markets/parade...). Cultural outings (Merville Battery/La Redoute/Caen Memorial/D-Day beaches/bunkers...). WIFI (fibre optic). - Ground floor: living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV, Bluetooth stereo system, dining area/fully equipped kitchen (oven/induction hob/microwave/washing machine/dishwasher/fridge, etc.), furnished balcony/BBQ/griddle. - 1st floor: bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), sea view, bathroom with walk-in shower. - 2nd floor: large bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), shower, sink, and ample storage + a double sofa bed. The apartment has two open staircases without handrails on one side and a wall on the other. It does not have safety gates for young children. This is a triplex apartment with three levels connected by staircases without doors. Parking is communal, with no assigned spaces. Weekend rentals are available from Friday 6 PM to Sunday 4 PM (minimum 2 nights), excluding July and August. A cleaning fee (€120) is mandatory for more than 2 people. Linen rental is available (sheets/towels). Cidre et Dragon: rentals from Friday to Sunday, minimum 2 nights (€300 per night, maximum 6 people).
