We like to stay at this quiet private place that we call “home away from home” as often as we can when in Long Beach. It’s a studio but has a nice dressing area with attached bathroom, as well as a separate kitchen so it seems less like a studio and more like a one bedroom apartment that doesn’t have other apartments attached.

Very comfortable stay, the only down side was the parking. You have to get back pretty early to get parking on the block. So it put a slight damper on night plans. But its my only complaint.

the electric furnace was running until we were told to turn off the gas, cooler was provided as the “AC” but no air flow reached the bathroom or kitchen. it was 95 when we arrived and after a 6 hour car ride the apartment was suffocating because of the cooler and the host wanted it off when we left to go out. location was ok, 10 min walk from the beach but not a lot of restaurants or bars nearby. wouldn’t stay here again, would prefer to stay around second and Falcon.

This apartment is just perfect. The space is clean and inviting. It has every amenity I need to make my stay comfortable and even practical. (there is even a small nook with a desk - the wifi is strong and reliable!) The location couldn't be better for enjoying the beach and good eateries in the nearby neighborhood. It is less than a 15 drive to the Long Beach airport and easily accessible to LA. I hope I am able to use this location again when I return to visit my family that live in the neighborhood!

Mark our host is welcoming and helpful with information of what to do in the area. He responds to our questions quickly. The location is walking distance to the beach. Our accommodations are clean comfortable and nice kitchen area. Great to have a washer dryer too! Highly recommend staying here. Thank You Mark for a memorable stay!!

Fantastic Long Beach rental

This rental is in a perfect location, it is spacious and very clean and the host is quick to respond. I’ve stayed here twice and hope to do so again when I come to Long Beach to visit a grandbaby!
