Beautiful house with a massive fenced in yard that has a sandy area, manicured grass in parts, multiple outdoor games in places, hammocks and the crown jewel is the pool.The pool has a lazy river, grotto, slide, Baja ledge and a connected hot tube.Bathrooms, kitchen and fixtures are all lux & modern. Bedrooms are spacious. Everything was fabulous.

I don’t like to write negative reviews however I was extremely disappointed with this listing. The house needs lots of TLC. The gates to the property are barely hanging on. Having to open and close the gates to leave were frustrating. The game room had missing pieces and were extremely worn. At the surface the home was clean but looked like it hadn’t had a deep cleaning in quite some time. Some doors would stick or were hard to open. The kitchen essentials were Insufficient such as cups glasses pots pans spatulas etc. The next morning we got ready to use the pool just to find out it was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned which they did come right away, however we had to wait an hour after to be able to get in. It was disappointing it couldn’t have been cleaned before we checked in. Communication was lacking as well. Responses took too long when we needed quick answers. I messaged to ask where we could find extra blankets just to be directed to finding only one. I was told the beds had blankets but they were thin small throws. This all would have not bothered me as much if it wasn’t for the price we paid. This is the most we have spent on a vacation home and was not worth what we paid. Lesson learned pictures can be deceiving

Hi Pattie, I’m so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. I honestly had no idea you felt this way, especially since none of these concerns were mentioned during your stay other than the pool, and you had also asked about extending your stay an additional day. Regarding the pool, it has been extremely windy lately, and the day you checked in happened to be our scheduled pool maintenance day. As soon as you let us know, we had our pool service there within the hour to take care of it. For the blankets, we do provide an extra blanket on each bed, and the one in the closet was an additional extra. Had I known you needed more, I absolutely would have had additional blankets brought over. The same goes for the cleaning and kitchen items you mentioned, I would have immediately sent my cleaners over to address anything that was missing or not up to standard. I’m especially surprised about the communication concern, as we felt we were responsive throughout your stay, which is also why we left you a 5-star guest review. I truly wish we had known you were unhappy while you were there because we would have done everything we could to address these concerns right away. We appreciated you staying with us and are genuinely sorry to learn afterward that you felt this way.

The house could use a little TLC but it was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the manager. Be aware you need to text her to turn on the pool and spa but she was very prompt in turning then on.

Friends & Family Summer Trip

The property was amazing and accurate description! Located within 10 mins of the airport so that was a plus for our guests! Highly recommended and we will most definitely be back again when visiting Las Vegas and want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

we really enjoyed our 4 night stay with our large family to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. the front gates are a bit tricky but the accommodations were great with many bedrooms snd baths for all 16 of us - the pool was fabulous and kids had a blast with the pool, putting green, ping pong and a game room

Enjoyable well located retreat

Although we had a few household problems the host was easily accessible and addressed all the issues in a very timely manner. That made for a very pleasant stay. This was a golf trip for 8 guys. Location was great. Close to the airport and within 20 minutes of all the courses we played. Probably won’t be back to Vegas but if we were we would stay here again.
