We booked when a hurricane hit and lost power and host Jim was incredible! Even offered to go buy a portable generator and bring it to us. The carriage house was perfect for our teenagers to hang out and I loved the big screened in porch! What a view of the big water! Kitchen was well stocked and grill came in handy with no power- even had a burner so I could cook pasta! The marina we booked boat through was top notch and the house and location were fantastic!

Wonderful stay

Jim is a great host and you can tell he takes pride in sharing his perfect home with all the extras and the best screened in porch. Our families absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for fun and relaxation. It was unanimously voted our “favorite,” and that included the votes from three teenagers! The bunk room had everything covered for them! Great kitchen and grill. It’s so close to the Landing by boat and made it easy to grab ice and gas up. Wonderful home on the lake

Very pet friendly. Property was exceptionally clean, incredibly well stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. The main house bunkroom was a huge hit for our grandkids. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed in a rental. Beautiful lake views and a great lakeside space for gathering with friends & family. I cannot recommend this property highly enough if you want to get away for peace, quiet & enjoying your vacation.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and four children. It was the best stocked kitchen and bathroom we have ever had in a rental. We loved having the boat launch there for our boat and we also rented a party barge which fit perfectly in the boat slip. The lake water was so clean. The owner lets you use the kayaks, paddle board, floats etc and supplies the paddles and life jackets in all sizes. The large screen porch is added living space and provides nice lake views. We hope to come back next summer. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great Lake rental property for families

We enjoyed our stay so much! The place was clean, updated and in a wonderful location. The property manager was so easy to get I touch with and on top of everything we needs or asked. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

Lake Life is the Best Life

Wonderful Water Views

Loved being in this clean home with all the amenities anyone could ask for! Kids really enjoyed all the lake toys and sitting on the dock watching the boats go by was a highlight! We can't wait to come back!

The perfect lake house

This property is in a great location right by the landing at parker creek. The house had everything you would need and more for your vacation getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything very clean. We would love to come back to stay here every year for our annual family vacation at lake Martin.

Perfect lake getaway!

We will absolutely rent this property again! The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated!! Also, we have stayed at a ton of VRBO's and this was by far the most well stocked home with utensils, pans, games, firewood, etc. Truly the host made this a wonderful experience for our family!

Wonderful Lake vacation

Very comfortable home for large family. Beautiful view of the lake, with great peer to swim from. Homeowner went the extra mile by allowing access to kayaks, life jackets, and other water items available to guest.

This place was amazing! I can say that the house / property has everything you would need for a great vacation on the lake. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor fun, firewood for fire pit, water toys, life jackets for every size, etc. Jim was such a great host-quickly responded to any questions you have!! Our stay was absolutely perfect! The décor is beautiful and even included little touches of pumpkins and autumn for our Thanksgiving visit. The views of the lake were gorgeous from sunrise to sunset, and we loved relaxing by the fire pit, which was fully stocked with plenty of wood for our s’more making.The host was fantastic and communicated quickly and clearly from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. Every single detail of the home was well thought out, and it truly made our stay feel special. We can’t recommend this lake house highly enough!

Beautiful home and great location

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property on Lake Martin. The home was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. We had two families staying so it was very nice to have both the main house and the boat house. Lots of great common areas and three seasons porch to hang out. Great location that’s close to restaurants on the water. Jim was a wonderful and gracious host.

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful home. Each and every detail was thought of and the house has everything you could possibly want or need for your lake house vacation!
