**The pool/spa can be heated to 104 degrees and is designed to serve as a cocktail pool or large spa with jets and it can comfortably accommodate large or small groups during your stay. The water temperature can be set to your preference before your arrival and it can be altered during your stay to serve people who wish to have a warm pool or a hot spa. During the warmer months in Austin, the pool/spa can also be cooled to whatever temperature helps you best relax and beat the heat.
Less than 10 minutes to downtown Austin, this architecturally inspiring, custom built home in Westlake Hills is the perfect blend of proximity to the city paired with a level of privacy that gives you the sense of being miles and miles away from it all. The home is situated on a hillside near the 227 acre Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve and has soaring ceilings with over 70 windows and sky lights that overlook the hills in the distance and provide an abundance of natural light. The property sits on a secluded lot amidst a canopy of trees offering spectacular valley views from the various decks, cat walks, bridges, balcony and the pool area. There is a natural creek that runs beneath the outdoor decks which provides soothing sounds from every corner of the property.

Choose from a variety of outside options to enjoy the property including the heated pool/spa; 2 oversized decks with outdoor dining areas; 2 outdoor grills (one traditional and one Argentinian smoker/grill for those guests who love to cook above an open fire), a pool cabana with comfortable lounge furniture; a covered balcony on the 3rd level with breathtaking valley views; a quiet shaded garden near the lily pond waterfall; or a game of pickleball or basketball under the lights on the upper terrace. There is also a wet bar on the third floor that services the third level outdoor amenities. The entire property has speakers installed inside and out so that you can hear the same music playing from the shuffleboard room inside the house on the first level all the way up to the pickleball/basketball court outside on the third level; this house was truly designed to entertain guests at the highest caliber. *There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Smoking outside may take place only with all doors and windows closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed directly into the outside trash cans.
