Apartment Rottach:
The 38 sqm apartment Rottach on the ground floor has a separate sleeping and living area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private shower / WC and TV. For relaxation, there is also the in-house patio and lawn with garden furniture. Ideal for those who are not quite as good on foot!Discount in low season 15% (except holidays)

The Gästehaus Schiffmann has been in family ownership for over 100 years. The family atmosphere and the personal service, which our numerous regular guests especially appreciate, are appreciated. The location of our Geästehaus is ideal, because central to the center of Rottach-Egern and lake, but still very quiet in a private dead end by the stream. You can easily reach everything on foot and the bus stop is only 200 meters away. We want our guests to feel at home in our cozy Bavarian furnished apartments. Included with us: The Tegernsee Card. NOTE: Due to an undeclared construction site of the neighboring municipality of Rottach-Egern for flood protection on the river Rottach there is currently noise pollution in our house! Kurzurlaub Tegernsee

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Rottach, man kann dort sehr schön wandern, wenn man nicht in die Berge kann. Die Küche ist etwas eng, aber es geht schon.
