Apartment about 100m from the Tegernsee shore in a very well-kept complex with very good infrastructure in the immediate vicinity (bakery shop, shop (Lidl), iced coffee, swimming pool, children's playground, various restaurants, gas station, etc.).
Direct view of the Wallberg in summer and winter.
In summer you can relax on your own terrace with a directly adjacent garden and stream or as a starting point for countless hiking trails or activities around Lake Tegernsee.
In winter ideal as a starting / cozy overnight stay on a skiing holiday / snowshoe hikes. Especially for families with up to 2 children who have their first experiences at the Hirschberg lifts or in the witch forest, there is a good place to sleep because the bed can be pulled out on both sides.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement war sehr zufriedenstellend! Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt,es hat an nichts gemangelt. Das Bett ist gemütlich und vor allem war alles sauber, was sehr wichtig ist. Das Appartement ist gut gelegen. Es gibt wirklich sehr schöne Cafes fußläufig zu erreichen. Lidl ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.Im Großen und Ganzem kann ich sagen, dass ich dort wieder Urlaub machen würde:-).
