Nice Cocon

The appartment is very well located, bus #186 stop is just 50m away. It's a cosy place, size is ok for 3, especially in summer half of the year. When you should be out and about in one of the greatest cities on earth. The fully equipped kitchen is nice.The host did always respond. We enjoyed our stay a lot. P.S. the Parisiens are very nice and helpful people, if aproached nicely - they don't give fake smiles, though. I liked it a lot!

Die Schlüsselübergabe per Code verlief problemlos.Im Haus selbst befindet sich angrenzenden zum Flur ein Mülleimer-Raum, weshalb es im Haus nicht nur alt/ vermodert sondern auch infolge des Mülls fürchterlich stinkt. Der Geruch zieht natürlich auch in das ebenerdige Appartement.Dieses ist zwar wie auf den Bilder mit Mobiliar eingerichtet, jedoch in heruntergekommenem Zustand: Stühle instabil, Tisch zwar mehrfach mit Winkel verschraubt aber dennoch ebenfalls instabil. Das Doppelbett ist in der Empore per Leiter zugänglich. Die Empore ist mit einem instabile Seil (zum Einhängen) abgegrenzt, was jedoch ebenfalls keine Sicherheitseinrichtung mehr darstellt. Alle Kerzen/ LED sind ohne Batterien oder ausgelaufene Batterien. Das Bad ist klein, ohne Tageslicht und riecht nach Schimmel. Der Bodenbelag ist mehrfach gerissen und uneben. Frische Handtücher haben wir nicht erhalten. Ebensowenig frische Bettwäsche..Es macht insgesamt einen sehr heruntergekommenen Eindruck, der zweifelsfrei hygienisch nicht dem deutschen Standard entspricht und auch nicht Tourismus-Würdig ist! Wir haben uns alle recht geekelt.Wlan und TV Modalitäten haben wir nicht erhalten.Auch der Gastgeberkontakt wurde trotz Nachfragen und Bitten nicht beantwortete.Die FeWo können wir keinenfalls weiterempfehlen!
