Welcome to your vacation or destination wedding venue! This sleep up to 40 people Villa is situated on 11 acres and it's super private. Ideal for 20, 50, 200+ people private events. Surrounded by natural beauty, it is minutes away from PR #2 Road, beaches and stores. 6 apartments (One Convertible) 6 kitchens or kitchenettes, 10 bathrooms, AC and ceiling fans all over. Swimming pool and big jacuzzi, several gazebos, volley, half basketball court, pool table, domino tables, kids’ area, tetherball... Only two villas in the hacienda, the other one is a smaller sleeps 18. You can also rent the whole sleeps 50+ property.

Great Family Reunion

The place is spectacular, great for family gathering. We have a lot of fun. I'll recommend having enough blankets in each villa and cleaning products.

Lack of care for guests

I recently stayed at Villa Bonita in Isabela, Puerto Rico, and I regret to say that it was not the greatest experience I've had in any accommodation. I am writing to inform you of several issues I encountered during my stay, which made the experience unpleasant. 1. **Lack of Communication:** The host did not communicate promptly or at all, regarding urgent issues. 2. **Water Issues:** Upon arrival, there was no running water, which made it impossible to flush the toilets. The water supply was inconsistent throughout my stay, often disappearing entirely. In suite # 5 there was water leaking in the ceiling. We had to use a bowl to catch the water. During our second night stay after swimming, no one in my group could shower due to NO water which we eventually had the in the morning. This meant we all went to sleep with chorine water. 3. **Broken Fixtures:** The kitchen faucet was broken and unusable. This was fix when we brought it to their attention. 4. **No Wi-Fi:** There was no Wi-Fi available as advertised, and again, there was no response from the host to resolve this issue even though the host stated in VRBO communications that this was resolved. 5. **Leaking Air Conditioner:** The air conditioning unit leaked continuously. 6. **No Hot Water:** There was no hot water, and the cold water was only available intermittently in some rooms. 7. **Insects:** The property had a significant problem with ants. I have been renting this property for many years and I am getting more and more excited to see how the gardens have been transformed in a spectacular way. I highly recommend this property to share with your loved ones.

Why they chose this property

This property is located on the edge of the tourist towns of Aguadilla and Isabela where you can enjoy the best beaches in Puerto Rico and the beauties of both towns. It has access control and has many attractions for the whole family such as; Huge pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, half basketball court, volleyball court, children's area, pool table among others. Beautiful property during the day and wonderful at night.

What makes this property unique

This property can be perfect for your family vacation or the place for your destination wedding or event. It can be very quiet and at the same time very fun with domino tables and recreational areas for young people and children. You will feel the beauty of nature just 5 minutes from the main highway PR # 2 full of businesses and urbanism. Your stay will be a completely different experience that you will want to repeat.
