The Beach Pad is a 5-star rated, multi-unit vacation rental in the heart of Puntas, in Rincón, Puerto Rico. Enjoy spacious, modern and sparkling clean accommodations only steps away from Sandy and Pools beach, restaurants, and bars. Well equipped to host family reunions, birthday bashes, yoga retreats, bachelor and bachelorette parties, team building getaways, and more. Groups of up to 20 guests can comfortably stay at The Beach Pad with 7 bedrooms, 12-15 beds and 6 full baths.

When you rent The Beach Pad you will have 4 individual studio apartments and the 3 bedroom, 2 bath Surf House.

The Surf House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the first floor of The Beach Pad and sleeps up to 8 people. Perfect for groups and families, this home comes with a private gated yard, outdoor grill and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the breezy enclosed patio area, or marquesina, with two hammocks. The 4 open floor plan loft apartments are located on the second and third floor and sleep up to 2 - 4 people each. Every loft has their own private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony with outdoor seating.

The rooftop deck at the top of the property is great for group gatherings. Enjoy views of the waves at Sandy Beach and the surrounding dense, lush greenery. Birds will serenade you in the morning and coquis will greet you every night!

The Beach Pad is the only property in the Sandy Beach area that has solar and a commercial grade generator, 2 backup sources of power, in an effort to ensure our guests’ comfort during the frequent power outages in Puntas.

Spring Break 2025

16 friends and family stayed at The Beach Pad for the beginning of our vacation and rented the entire house. The individual apartments are very well insulated- you'll hear nothing from your neighbors when the doors and windows are closed. The neighborhood does dance until late, but we found it to be very manageable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and Jake's coffee shop, loved the huge space of the rooftop deck, loved the front yard to mill around in. We did cook a majority of our meals in the Surf House kitchen and made it work for all 16 of us. Thank you for making beach days so easy by providing beach chairs, towels, a wagon, and umbrellas. That was very helpful. We do wish the main floor had better screens or fly tape to avoid the mosquitos when we were all gathered downstairs. Our hosts responded to any questions immediately and also helped us plan the beds in the house perfectly. We loved our time there! Thank you for thinking of almost everything possible to make the stay so easy for such a large group.

We rented this after our wedding and made it as a family union. A place for his family and mine to become one. The place was awesome. We were about 17 ppl in total and i love how there were atleast 7 private rooms/ 4 of those were a complete apartment. I loved the size/the view/ how its walking distance to the grocery store/restaurants/bars/beach. I recommend this place!

wonderful family spot!

This was my first time in Rincon. This location is absolutely beautiful, there is a very private beach close by and the house is great and well-stocked. The owners were very responsive and we really enjoyed our time! We will be back again.

Other Details to Note:

Noise level warning: The Beach Pad is a 5 unit vacation rental property surrounded by restaurants, shops, and bars in the center of Puntas. It is conveniently located and during high season (Dec-April) and holiday weekends you may hear live bands or DJs until midnight on weekdays and much later on weekends. All other times of the year you will find it to be much quieter. If you are looking for an extremely quiet, away from it all location, this may not be your best choice.

From August through October some restaurants and bars close for the season or have limited hours. There are still plenty of restaurants open year-round and you can always check with us, or your digital guidebook to find out what is open!

Guest interaction:

This is a self-catering rental meaning we do not have daily housekeeping services or on-site staff. Keyless entry allows guests to check in and out on their own. We are always available by phone, email or text to answer questions and assist in making your vacation in Rincón unforgettable. We also have local staff who do regular walk-throughs of the property and are available to assist you.
