Accès direct au balcon d'angle orienté plein sud. Cuisine séparée équipée de lave-vaisselle, cuisinière vitrocéramique, machine à café Nespresso, four à raclette, set à fondue, grill de table. Accès au balcon depuis la cuisine. 3 chambres : une avec 2 lits superposés (90x190), une avec grand lit (140X190) et une avec deux lits individuels côte à côte (80x190). Salle de bain avec baignoire, lavabo. WC séparé. Garage box privé (hauteur 2 mètres) à 100 mètres.
