Chalet les Roches de Nava

In the old village, quiet, in a street where traffic is regulated, this cottage will make you rediscover the mountain summer and winter. Warm, friendly, authentic, cozy, pampering, are the often used qualifiers. Magnificent views of the mountain, 5 minutes walk from the funicular and therefore the slopes in winter and beautiful walks in summer. 5 minutes walk from the center of the village and 10 minutes walk from the supermarket. It consists of 2 double bedrooms and a dormitory room with 2 bunk beds. This allows to accommodate 8 people. Towels and linen are not provided. The kitchen is super equipped (oven, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, microwave, stove and hood) the living room has TV and wifi for all the cottage. The dining room table can expand and accommodate so you can be at ease for your meals. To you the good raclettes ... Enjoy the terrace and the garden, luxuriate in a deck chair, or prepare a good BBQ. The view is beautiful, calm reigns, that's it, you're on vacation ...

Wij hebben een zalige reis gehad in de Bergen. De chalet is gezellig en rustig gelegen in het authentieke dorp St Luc. De advertentie geeft alles goed weer en clarisse helpt je snel.

Nach holprigem Start schöne Tage

Uriges Chalet mit allem, was man so braucht und Vielem, was man nicht braucht. Ruhige Lage und traumhafter Blick ins Tal. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war nur zufriedenstellend - der Touristenpass wurde uns erst nach mehrmaliger Erinnerung zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass der Zugang zum Haus und der Gartenbereich total verwildert und mit Unkraut versperrt war - wurde zwar aufgrund unserer Rückmeldung nach einigen Tagen in Ordnung gebracht, aber sollte nicht passieren, auch wenn wir die ersten Gäste der Sommersaison waren. Trotzdem haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen und können das Chalet für Gäste, die einen ruhigen Urlaub machen wollen und eine großzügige Parkmöglichkeit vor der Unterkunft zu schätzen wissen, empfehlen.

Für Skiferien gut geeignet

Das Chalet ist für Skiferien sehr gut geeignet. Die Standseilbahn kann zu Fuss in ca. 5 Min. erreicht werden. Auch das Dorfzentrum ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Chalet ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet, ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad und die Toilette wurden erneuert. Die Küche ist teilweise erneuert, hat jedoch etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche. Das Chalet ist für 5-6 Personen ok, für mehr empfehle ich es nicht.

Hello Sibylle, Thank you for your review. The chalet is indeed a bit old, because it is quite old. ;-) This spring we are going to give him a "lifting" by changing the furniture, the windows, the floor, the heating and even put a cassette fire. Le chalet est très agréable à vivre. Nous avons été agréablement surpris.

La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, tout y est et les deux frigos sont pratiques. L’ensemble du chalet est très charmant et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. De plus, clarisse nous a bien informé et s’est montrée disponible durant notre séjour. Le chalet est idéalement situé pour aller skier, il suffit de monter les marches pour arriver au funiculaire.
