Aqua Marina has set the standard for residential resort living on St. Maarten. Aqua Marina is set on seven and a half acres of waterfront property at Simpson Bay Lagoon and consists of two condominium towers and 19 villas, all with breathtaking views of the lagoon and the Caribbean Sea.

Standard features in all Aqua Marina residences include luxury Italian porcelain floors, marble bathroom countertops, granite kitchen countertops, Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances in the kitchens and laundry rooms, air-conditioning in all rooms, high speed internet access, satellite TV and telephones. There’s also a private marina with a total of 36 boat slips, which allows residents to enjoy the island’s many maritime activities.

Aqua Marina is a 10-minute walk to Maho Village, where guests will find a multitude of restaurants, duty-free shopping and Maho Casino Royale. It’s also only a five-minute drive to Princess Juliana Airport.

Luxury accommodations in ideal location

We had a wonderful time in St. Martin. The location of the accommodations is perfect for those wishing to have easy access to dining, activities and the beach. The property manager was wonderful to work with before and during our stay.

Perfect!

Jamila was a wonderful host from start to finish. She was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything and the property was stunning. It looks exactly like the photos. We had everything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated how secure the property was so safety never crossed our minds as a concern! The best part is the quick 5 minute drive to the airport and surrounding restaurants. I will absolutely return to stay here again (or any of Jamila’s properties). Thank you again, Jamila!

Incredible

Serenity Penthouse is breathtaking and certainly the most incredible stay we’ve had on the island, there is nothing else like this. Modern, with a luxurious Italian design, this is extravagance. The views are spectacular. The moment we opened the door, vast ocean, green hillsides, and sail boats. The rooftop heated pool (take the elevator up) and its lounging areas are relaxed and unique with even more stunning views. Each bedroom offers privacy and perfect comfort (ohhh the beds and linens) with extended outside space to lounge and enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktail. Every bathroom has large opulent walk-in showers. The kitchen (plus grill) is well stocked for preparing any meal with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space, but why? The Maho area was less than five minutes away offering numerous dining, casino and clubbing options. Mullet Bay Golf Course and beaches the same five-minute drive, the island’s best-Mullet Bay Beach or plane spotting at Maho Beach. The little things: Wi-Fi was fast and uninterrupted, large screen media in each room, check in was quick with an informative walk through with Jamila who was responsive to our questions. Parking is ample with 24 hour gated and manned security. Our stay was perfection, soon to return.
