Wonderful Studio for Work Travel

I really enjoyed my short stay for work. Had everything I needed and was much nicer than a hotel. Groceries, coffee and food all nearby. Attention to detail was great and owner is very accommodating and responsive.

Setting the bar really high!

Brooke was amazing to deal with and saw to every detail being covered in the space. The bed was a little on the smaller side, but my girlfriend and I did just fine being close together. This place has set the bar extremely high and should really represent what a vacation rental should be! Thanks Brooke!

Our host made the process very pleasant. We def recommend this place. Neighborhood is very safe, lots of places around. Studio is super cute , cozy and best of all SPOTLESS. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Best Spot to stay for couples!

Top Notch!

For my first-ever experience staying in a VRBO, Brooke set the bar very high! From the location, to a light being in every place you need one, to the drawers of games & office supplies - everything my daughter & I needed was at our fingertips. The kitchen was very adequately stocked & there was even a jar of hair ties & bobby pins in the bathroom! The space is incredibly decorated and up-to-date. And Brooke was always just a text away, with immediate response time. (Although, I never needed anything, just asked for recommendations!) The neighborhood is very nice and my daughter & I very felt very safe at all times. The park-in garage was a nice touch, as well. I would highly recommend this property, and I hope to reserve again for our next trip out to CO!
