Modern and Stylish Condo Close to Downtown!

Summary:
New condo equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in Traverse City! Open concept layout that contains stainless steel appliances and new finishes throughout the entire space. Enjoy a loft bedroom that overlooks the condo and provides some privacy as well. There is a sleeper sofa on the main floor, as well as a Smart TV so you can enjoy all your favorite television shows. Basic kitchenware and cooking supplies are provided, if you prefer to eat-in for your meals.

The Space:
These condos were recently built and are ready to accommodate anyone who decides to visit. Please note that there is no Cable TV but there is a Smart TV in the living room but you will need to provide your own personal login to have access to the streaming services. Please remember to logout prior to your departure*.

Getting Around:
There is one parking spot dedicated for this unit. Please park in the spot that is labeled 508-3.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be available through the AirBnB app and there will be a welcome sheet provided in the unit with additional instructions for your stay.

Host was excellent at addressing our concerns right away. The unit itself was perfect for our needs and we appreciated its cleanliness. Bed was super comfortable and all linens including fluffy towels were very nice. Good location for exploring surrounding area with plenty of options for access to businesses. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property, very clean and well appointed. Riley was excellent and extremely responsive with communication both before and during our stay. Property is located within walking distance of a few restaurants/bakeries. Is a 10 min drive from the Boardman, Midtown Ctr, Old Towne areas of Traverse City.

Traverse City Weekend Getaway

Great property located close to all wineries on Old Mission and Leelanau peninsulas. Property was clean and host was very responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway weekend.

This condo is in a GREAT location. You are close to downtown, wineries and restaurants. It has all that you need to make a meal or two at home too. Communication was fabulous! We would definitely stay here again!

One night in traverse

My cousin and I came to town to meet a new baby with my 7month old and her two week old. We arrived at the property and we so pleased with the sleek and clean appearance. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom with luxury. It was a wonderful experience.

A long weekend in Traverse

Had booked the condo for the Vasa race that unfortunately didn’t happen this year due to lack of snow Condo is located in an area that you could access most of Traverse City 🏙️ n less than 15 minutes. It is less than a block off the Tart trail for runners or cyclists. The condo is supplied with anything needed for your long weekend and is very clean. The only drawback to its location is the proximity to a fairly busy road can be loud on occasion
