Great location and setup

1st time to OBX. Condo/Pool/Hot tub nicely set up. Beach was just up a set of stairs and down a short boardwalk. Nice combo of options and centered on the island nice for other events. Walk to great pizza place or the bronzer grill next door. Nice family setup.
