This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal cottage just steps to the beach access offers as much outdoor living as indoor living. Plenty of space for guests to spread out complete with 2 indoor and 3 outdoors living areas. A large fenced in backyard provides the ultimate privacy which includes a sandbox corner for kids to enjoy while adults relax in bug free comfort thanks to a large screened in porch. Start your morning off with a cup of coffee relaxing in the shaded hammock and end your day on the rooftop deck with a beverage watching the spectacular Outer Banks sunsets. Direct access from the front door to a neighborhood beach access with a lifeguard on duty and no public parking makes this cottage the perfect getaway for families to enjoy privacy on the beach.

Sit on the front deck chairs and enjoy breezes from the Atlantic Ocean! When you open the door, the updated beach home comes with coastal furnishings and airy decor that will make you feel like you live on the beach. The large updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (range, fridge with ice maker, microwave) and open bar provides a terrific entertaining area for guests. The open living room comes with plenty of seating, high speed internet & cable, 55" smart TV (equipped with Hulu and Netflix), dvd player, and a surplus supply of board games and puzzles for your family’s delight.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two twin beds) and 1 full sized bathroom complete with a tub/shower combo on one side of the cottage. A second full sized bathroom is off the kitchen along with a spacious laundry room and game room. Each room is beautifully decorated in beach or nautical themes.

Plenty of parking space allows guests to bring water vessels without having to pay for additional storage or slip fees.

There is a private outside shower located in the fenced in yard, a covered deck, rooftop deck, and access to neighborhood beach directly in front of the cottage.

Indoor Features: Central AC/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen (dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker and Keruig, toaster and toaster over, 2 crockpots, electric skillet, griddle, and counter grill), 2 Smart TVs (one in living room, one in den), Blu-ray player, ceiling fans in every room, stocked with all linens and towels, board games, puzzles, books, toys, radio, dvds.

Outdoor Features: Outdoor shower, charcoal grill, beach towels, beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, 2 adult size beach bikes, cornhole boards and bags, outdoor games, boogie boards and toys. There is also a Graco bed, 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, infant bath tub, collapsible play yard and stroller for the little ones.

Sea Breeze beach cottage is available all year long and offers 3-4 night rentals depending on season. This delightful, spacious cottage offers classic beach charm, lots of space and is nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at the 5.5 milepost, conveniently positioned 90 yards from beach access with a life guard on duty. With three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this one level cottage sleeps up to 6 guests.
