Great location but….

Checking in was not good. I didn’t receive an email or corresponding on what we should expect from management company until I called VRBO to get a hold of them an hour before we were suppose to check in. I had been calling and emailing for 2 days prior and already paid in full. No supplies in the house. Outside trash cans were full from previous people I’m assuming. Small bugs were in the kitchen and bathrooms. Toilet was leaking and not secured. The house is cute and location is nice but needs better management.

Open, clean, well appointed rental in beautiful neighborhood

This is a fully renovated and well appointed rental with nice storage, closets, fully stocked kitchen (stainless steel cookware a plus was great). It's full of light and the surroundings are beautiful. There are little extras like Nest, Alexa, and security alarms on doors which is great if you have kids. The house was super clean and it looked like the photos online. The neighborhood is beautiful and Vanderbilt Beach is just a block away. Be advised that the doors to bedroom are slotted, so noise from pretty much any area of the house can be heard in bedroom even with doors closed. Our only frustrations were with getting the accurate information to access the property which was a bit of mix up and slow response from the property manager (although the maintenance manager's response was great.) Hopefully that will get better next time as I believe this is a new rental and perhaps some confusion. We would rent again for sure.

Spring break stay

We stayed at this Naples park house over our spring break. The location is close to Dining and Shopping and also Vanderbilt beach. The property was very clean. When we arrived the dryer was full towels and linens which I took out and folded in order to use the washer and dryer for our personal laundry. A couple of suggestions that would have improved our stay … they is no outdoor table… not even a side table to rest a drink on. Both a small bistro table and our side table would be welcome additions to the backyard. The is some outdoor patio furniture inside the house. We brought the outdoor love seat outside a couple of days to have a place to sit besides the loungers. Also, the doors to all of the rooms (including the bathroom) are louvred which definitely impacts on privacy. We couldn’t have the TV on after our daughter went to sleep at 9pm because the doors do not block out noise at all. The kitchen has most pots, pans etc but could use some basic cooking items like salt, pepper etc and some containers for leftovers.
