Waterfront Home with Swimming Pool - Walk to the Beach!
Our 2 Bedroom + Office/ Den + salt water swimming pool (unheated) home is located on the water in North Naples off Vanderbilt Drive, walking/ biking distance to Vanderbilt Beach (less than 1 mile) and less than 3 miles to Mercato shops for wonderful restaurants and shopping. Very safe and quiet area perfect for a romantic getaway or being centrally located for exploring all of the great dining, shopping, and adventure Naples has to offer.
The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and attached ‘his and hers’ spacious bathroom. The secondary bedroom suite has a queen size bed that can comfortable accompany 1 or two people. *** Sleeper sofa***
Have to finish some last-minute laptop work? There is a sliding barn door separated office / den for any busy work that may come up.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking meals and a small outdoor weber grill for a cookout. Comes with T-Mobile 5G WiFi, Roku Smart TV with Netflix. After a relaxing day at the beach, kayaking, or golfing, jump in the salt water swimming pool and soak up some sun pool-side! Free parking (up to 3 cars in the circular driveway).
