It features a guest room with a Queen Bed and a second guest room with 2 Twin Beds perfect for families, kids and friends. In addition the Living room is equipped with a high-end sleeper sofa thus accommodating up to 8 people comfortably.

The Blue Pearl has a fully stocked Brand New Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and high-end bar chairs for direct dining. The Living room features a contemporary dining and living room area with a huge new LED TV and fireplace.... and wait until you go outside.

The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this southern exposure while enjoying the large outdoor area including the immaculate heated glass tile pool and spa featuring blue night light, outdoor shower and BBQ!

A perfect combination of love and design flow harmonious through out this wonderful vacation rental which is located only 1 mile to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park and only 1.5 miles to the entertainment area of Mercato which features exquisite Shops, Events on the Lawn, British Pub, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge and any many more bars and restaurants while having 2 Publix, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Walmart also all within a 2 mile radius.

You can also enjoy a pristine sunset cocktail or dinner at one of the luxury Beachfront establishments such as the Turtle Club, the Ritz Carlton Hotel or at La Playa.

This home was everything we could have hoped for during our vacation. Amenities galore. A fabulous pool with all the toys for the kids and recliners for the adults. The home was immaculate with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach is just blocks away and beach chairs and umbrella are provided by the host. What a wonderful experience. Apart from running a very successful Real Estate Business and Travel Management Consulting Company for many years, I ventured together with LoriMar Properties LLC to create these very finely tuned luxury vacation rentals. We designed them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.

This is one of our newest properties with a similar layout than our sister Property #4747830, but with even more space, a larger layout in the design of the rooms and an even more contemporary and modern design touch. This is again unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. We were enchanted by the size of the heated outdoor pool which we believe is one of the largest in Naples Park. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door and so close to the beach.
