Independent mansion of 300 m2 spread over 2 levels. The 6 bedrooms are upstairs, including 2 bedrooms with mezzanine. 1 bedroom with suite (bathroom + WC), 1 bedroom with its own shower room, and 2 bathrooms + 1 WC on the landing. 1 WC is also on the ground floor.
A large living room with an old fireplace, functional, and a small alcove, a dining room of sufficient size for 18-20 people with a mini lounge.
2 terraces, one to the south and the other to the north and the pool area, secure. Pool size: 4 m x 9 m. Depth from 0.30 m to 2.00 m.
Garden tables are placed on the shaded terrace to the south.

Large shaded parking area right in front of the house. Possibility to park bicycles under cover, on request.
Children have plenty of space to relax and do their activities.
The hinterland of the Haut-Languedoc is little known but has some nice surprises in store for curious holidaymakers!
