Old renovated farmhouse which includes the owners' house and the holiday home which overlooks a park of 1 ha. A small stream flows into the river which borders the park at 50 m. The shade of the chestnut trees and the sound of the water invite you to relax. Children will be able to enjoy this green countryside. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Ground floor: Large dining room with dining area and living room. WC. Kitchen. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms for 2 people, each with private shower room + toilet. Oil central heating. Parking. Front of door overlooking the park with garden furniture, water point and barbecue.
