Apartment for 4 people - in Les Sables d'Olonne - Sea View - La Chaume neighborhood on the 4th floor
Enjoying a view of the sea, the large jetty, and the Saint Nicolas priory, this accommodation will allow you to escape during your stay.
Approximately 50m², this apartment consists of:
- of a living area with living room / dining room - sea view
- with an open kitchen, fully equipped and fitted out (dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator)
-2 bathrooms (including 1 on the ground floor)
On the upper floor:
- a room with a 160*200cm bed (under the slopes)
- a room with bunk beds (double bed 140*190 cm)
and to wrap it all up:
- a balcony with a magnificent view. You will also see the Saint Nicolas priory, the large jetty, and the large beach.
- a garage in the basement.
Also, it is important to note that nearby, there is a bus stop that allows you to access the train station directly, but also the market, shops, marina...
A small maritime boat (ferry) 350 m from the accommodation (July / August) will allow you to access the city center of Sables d'Olonne and the main beach.
Caution? Yes to be deposited before your arrival (not debited except in case of damage. An email will be sent to you in this regard)
