We had a great time and I would book again. The only negative was the check out process…we had to walk several blocks to drop off the key. It would’ve been better to return key in the building lock box and also an extra key

The door was hard to open every time...we just couldn't seem to get it right. The AC didn’t work and the video instructions didn’t show the thermostat we had. It was a little noisy being on the first floor and hearing everyone come in throughout the night. Had to walk a way to return the key before leaving BUT it was a very comfortable stay and location to metros was easy. Communication was very fast and reliable. Would use them again 100%.
