The assets of this property:

A large century-old park of several hectares, perfect for walks and moments of serenity.

A swimming pool with a natural beach ideal for swimming in communion with nature (open from 1st April to 31st October, weather permitting).

High-speed WiFi, to stay connected even in this haven of tranquillity.

A large fully equipped American kitchen, ideal for preparing gourmet dinners.

A dining room, with two large tables for convivial and elegant meals.

Two living rooms, one with a fireplace for warm evenings.

Points to keep in mind:

Only the second floor of the villa (R+2) is equipped with air conditioning. Each room has a fan for added comfort. Other living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen...) are not air-conditioned, but the thickness of the stone walls and a reasoned use of openings naturally help to maintain coolness in the house.

The pool is a hybrid, natural pool, treated with salt for more comfort.

The water is not heated, offering ideal freshness in summer.

Nestled in the heart of the park and century-old trees, it perfectly integrates with its environment. Its grey liner gives the water green-turquoise reflections, sometimes more or less clear depending on the weather: this is completely normal.

Leaves will fall into the pool, but do not worry: our pool technician and our teams intervene twice a week (before your arrival and mid-stay) during the season for water checks and pool maintenance. A skimmer, a brush-broom and two cleaning robots are at your disposal, allowing you to easily maintain the pool at your convenience throughout the stay, in addition to our team's visits.

And because you are in the middle of nature, it is not uncommon for our princess Gigi the frog to come and cool off too. She is totally harmless and is part of the charm of the place.

The depth ranges from 1.60 m to 2.30 m, with a pebble beach adapted for children (under your supervision).

Numerous walks on foot or by bicycle start from the villa with marked routes to visit Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel, La forêt de Grésigne, Cordes sur Ciel, Larroque, Saint Antonin,

The walking, cycling, horse riding or car circuit of the Bastides, visiting numerous wine cellars with free tastings.

Many local markets throughout the year such as the one in St Antonin Noble Val on Sunday morning and the one in Castelnau de Montmiral.

You will be surprised by the authenticity of the centenary market in Lisle sur Tarn, with its square which makes it a unique and must-see bastide.

You can try Canoe Kayaking from Saint Antonin, fly with an introductory flight in an ultralight or paragliding, gallop along paths and meadows with horses from several renowned equestrian centres, and many other activities and leisure options for the whole family.

Many local produce producers such as duck, wine, honey, etc, will be delighted to let you taste their specialities. We will indicate the "pearls" of the region.
