About this property

Enjoy and relax with uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables.
This property is located on a private quite street conveniently close to Queenstown CBD and Airport.
Great for familes or small groups.

The space,

Open plan living with full kitchen and necessities.
The living room has a free standing roaring fir for those chilly nights.
All windows are double glazed.

Second lounge off the main living area has a heat pump, TV and a gorgeous garden view. Perfect for when you need to read/relax and unwind.

Split level home with master on the upper level. Please note the upstairs bedroom isn’t fitted with a door, however both downstairs bedrooms are, and the upper master bedroom is sufficiently distanced for privacy.

Master with a King size bed (extremely comfortable) and en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 and 3 fitted with Queen size beds.

All beds are equipped with linen and electric blankets.

During your stay the house will not be serviced.
However if you require servicing, please arrange this prior to your arrival, and i can advise of additional charges.

There is off street parking for 3 vehicles.

Bike/Ski/Snowboard storage is available in the basement.

Please note the coffee machine is no longer in the kitchen.

Beautiful views

We spent Christmas here and it was so nice. Can’t beat the view, for us it was like being home - we also have a view of the local airport and it was fun watching the planes take off and see the lights. Lots of space inside and out, if you have small children you just need to be aware of the decks, steps and terraces but our grands are 2 and 4, we had no problems. Kitchen is very functional if you want to fix meals. We enjoyed our visit and recommend this home. The hostess is very responsive and easy to work with.

The most spontaneous and wonderful weekend getaway

My friends and I were looking to rent a place the day of traveling to Queenstown and were able to find this beautiful property. Not only were the views breathtaking and the house itself beautiful, but Tania was extremely good at communicating with me and ready to let us stay there last minute the day of. We couldn't have had a better experience with this place, would highly recommend it to anyone who has never been to Queenstown as it gives you the 360-degree views like no other place.
