Nightmare at queenstown bookabach
Very unprofessional with the way this property is advertised. There are major roadworks going on right outsdethe front door. There is no footpath anymore and a giant ditch dug into the middle of the road. There also isn't any off-street parking or any roadside parking. But they don't inform you of any of this until 6 days beforehand. The roadworks has been going on for over a year. They also don't release the addres of the property until the last minute either. I guess so that you can't check it out before the stay.The surface on the benchtop is all peeling of so it's very unhygienic. I made many many phone calls and sent photos a video and multiple emails but to be honest they know what the place is like and don't care in the slightest aslong as they get your money. The roadworks start up at 7am right outside your door. So instead of a beautiful veiw as advertised all you see and hear is trucks and roadworks. I want compensation as they wouldn't find us ulternative accommodation. You could honestly find better accommodation at a caravan park or backpackers. Take my advice and don't stay at this place.
