The Space:
The home has three bedrooms upstairs. The master has a king, The second bedroom upstairs has a queen. The third has a twin/ twin bunk and a twin/full bunk. The kitchen and the living room are on the upper level and there is a walk-out family room on the lower level with an additional fourth bedroom and private bath.

Guest Access:
Guests receive a passcode to log into our online guestbook. There is a ton of information at your fingertips, including check in and check out information, where to find and use everything in the home, detailed videos of inside and outside amenities, lists of what is stocked, what to consider bringing and much more!

The Neighborhood:
This home is almost at a the end of a dead-end road but does have neighbors on either side. We do not allow parties of any kind.

You will receive a welcome email with a ton of information 5 days before your check in date. Please call or text anytime with questions. You will also receive a link to a website with a lot of information and videos so you can fully prepare for your stay!

Cleaning Fees and Stocking:
We have the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. They wash all bed linens off site. Towels are also provided. Best of all, they use a line of ecofriendly toxic free cleaners. They also stock the following items: Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane.

MN REandM employs an online rental agreement and liability waiver. Upon booking confirmation, we'll email the link to this form for your quick completion. You simply fill out your basic info and click the button to sign it. As the merchant of record MN REandM does retain a 4% credit card process fee to cover direct costs in the event of a guest cancelation. Reach out if you have questions about this policy.
