Perfect Birthday Trip

Overall, the trip was awesome! Although we booked it during spring break week lol. Nevertheless, the condo was just as described. Tammy, the owner, was amazing and answered our messages quickly. The condo was beachfront and we loved hanging out on the balcony, eating our breakfast and listening to the waves. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed was very comfy. And the pillows were great. She really did a great job providing all we’d need for our stay. Side note: Tammy states in her listing that oversized vehicles won’t fit in the parking garage. But the facility told us they had oversized parking spaces. So, we drove my husband’s huge truck. Well, the oversized parking spaces were all taken. (They told us there was 9, but we only counted 4-5). We spoke to the security manager to try to figure out where to park. He was extremely rude and unaccommodating. We had to park over a mile away from the condo unit and walk back. Tammy tried to help us, but there was really nothing she could do about this. So note to others: drive a small car or a truck that’s not over 6-8”. We made the best of it and did not allow it to spoil our couples getaway. The condo’s elevators are super busy so we took the stairs a lot. So, just be aware of this as well. Overall, the trip was great. We will certainly book with her again.

Great Place to Stay

I enjoy staying at Shores of Panama and this unit was by far one of the best. Very clean and had all of the necessities. Will definitely stay again.

Spring Vacation

Everything about our trip to Shores of Panama was great. Our host—Tammy was very responsive from the time we booked all the way through to our checkout. Very clean resort, friendly staff, and best sunsets. I would recommend to others. We will definitely be back again.

Great place!

We live in TX, but make sure we get our Florida panhandle fix OFTEN! Just goes without saying that the beach is beautiful, the water is beautiful, the sand is beautiful. What is NOT a given is the condition of the place you choose to stay. We have stayed in no fewer than 40 properties and they have been ranked from disappointing to exemplary and everything in between. Tammy's place is exemplary. There is nothing at all to complain about or even recommend. She has thought out every detail and each detail is stellar. The one thing that we weren't crazy about was the parking. HOWEVER, I can certainly see its merits in not having to wait for an elevator AND not having your car baking in the sun all day! (And just FYI, the numbers on the parking spaces are not sequential. Just go to the 10th floor and follow her directions.) There is just one little recommendation...if you could run a zipline from your balcony to Pineapple Willy's. That would be perfection!

Why they chose this property

I visited the Shores of Panama in 2007 when it first opened. I absolutely love the resort & dreamed of owning my own condo there. My dreams came true in 2020 with the purchase of our #425 Unit.
Unit #1006 was purchased in 2021. In 2022, I purchased a Beach Bungalow West of Pier Park.
