Remodeled gulf front condo (2nd floor) within walking distance to Pier Park! Dog friendly! (Small grass dog area on site. Approx 70lbs or under. Check dog fee box on VRBO.) We provide 2 beach loungers & umbrella on the beach from 3/15-10/31. Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile blue backsplash. Bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower w/ rain shower head. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress & a 2nd Smart HDTV. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

My wife Jill and I live in Wisconsin with our dogs (Oliver and Casper). We fell in love with PCB and purchased a 4 bdrm/4 bath townhome (VRBO #780217) and this 1 bedroom condo. We also own two units next to this one (1817520 , 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo because the location is perfect! Just a short walk to Pier Park and Gulf World. Also, we love the beautiful pool and beach at this location.

What makes this property unique

We are in a perfect location within walking distance to everything you could need. It is a smaller complex so no parking ramps or elevators to wait for. Stunning views and a wonderful pool! Many dog friendly restaurants nearby including Shuckums and Diegos across the street. Less than 1/2 mile from the only dog beach in Panama City Beach. You can get from your car to the unit without touching any surfaces. No lobbies or elevators, and self check-in.
