The house was spacious and the common areas were large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there over a long weekend. Our only concern is that the house is advertised to sleep 22 people yet there were only 10 forks in the kitchen, one hot pad, one dish towel and one dish rag. For groups considering this property, you may wish to bring more of these items for your use, especially if you plan on having any meals in the house. When I contacted the property manager, he informed me that was all that would be provided.

Perfect house for our stay

The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for us all. Location was great, just a few minutes from everything and a pleasant walk to the quiet beach. Response time to questions was good and helpful.

The house was very nice and exactly as described. The beach was an easy 10.min walk. The beds were comfortable and clean. Nice decor and great conversation areas. The bunk beds were suitable.for adults. The sofa was a large comfy 8 seater easy. Would definitely stay again.

Golf Trip/ Getaway

We had 10 people staying at the property and it was amazing. Great living room area, balcony with grill, pool deck, etc. Was extremely close to the Palmetto Dunes Golf Courses we played which made the stay even better. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The place was nice and comfortable with more than enough room. I couldn’t believe how clean it was and they made sure we had well enough towels. I would definitely choose this property again. It was six of us and we had so much space to enjoy ourselves and the location made it so easy to get to places we wanted to go visit. The kitchen was well equipped to suite our needs.

Wonderful stay.

This was a very spacious home and was more than enough room for all. The owner was very responsive and the elevator worked most of the time. The pool was very warm but we still enjoyed it. We hope to visit again.

Family Golf Trip

The house was exactly as advertised with a great location; our group had a wonderful time on our annual golf trip. The house is very spacious well equipped and clean. It had plenty of room to accommodate our group of nine golfers. When on the Hilton Head Island we would definitely stay at this house again.
