Waterbugs/cockroaches were in every room in house. When we arrived, the batteries in smoke detector were beeping so we had to call property manager; you would think house keeping would have changed batteries out before we arrived. Other than those two issues, this was a nice stay.

The house is right on the beach, plenty big enough for our crew of 22, and the kitchen was well appointed. The house could have been cleaner and it felt very impersonal since it is managed by a rental company. It was difficult to get answers from the rental company via email, but they were attentive if you called.

was not as clean as it should be. We requested the cleaners to come back on day 1 as the kitchen was dirty. They also replaced the coffee maker bc it was awful and the toaster. The cutting boards were not usable and the pots/pans seemed dirtyl Not a good first impression. Advertised with a grill at the property, but it was so rusted that it was not usable. Could have provided more chairs on the deck/balcony.
