Spinnaker Village 25 | Hot Tub | Near Boat Slip | Covered Parking
This spacious home is non-smoking and pet-free, accommodating 10 with Sunday check-in and out. The home has a large Master Suite (on the entry level) with a King bed, jetted tub, and stand-up shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill styled bathroom with stand-up shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a King bed. The 4th bedroom, also located on the top floor, has two beds, the first being a Double and the other a Twin. Entry-level has an open concept kitchen/dining and living rooms. Flat-Screen TVs, WiFi (high-speed internet), stainless-steel appliances, multiple living spaces, large new deck on back of home with chairs, year-round Hot Tub, gas grill, and covered parking with outdoor shower. Possibly the best perk of the home is the provided Canal Slip with 35' of boat docking space (SPV #25) which is located directly behind property. Covered parking can be used for boat or jet ski trailer, vehicle(s), or golf cart. Parking for 5 vehicles maximum.
