Our family loved this property and the entire resort! The unit itself was much bigger than expected. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The patio was massive and we liked having a gate from the patio to walk right out to the pool area without exiting through the hotel.Our kids had a blast at the pool, waterslide and lake with easy beach-access. We ate at the restaurant but also bought groceries within a 5 min drive of the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the owner was good. Property had a great deck and was large. Could use a real deep clean. Propane was out for bbq. Could have used some assistance there. Otherwise thanks for a great stay.

Nice property and great location, but the check-in experience was disappointing. The unit entry code was missing from the instructions, and the host was unreachable when we arrived. Communication improved later, but the situation created unnecessary stress at the start of our stay.

Kitchen well stocked. Outdoor patio furniture very good. Wish there had been firetable as mentioned in ad. Too bad we had to leave early because water was being shutoff to entire resort for 3 days.

The room was great as always, however there were issues with both the hot tubs and the pool the week we were there, so our kiddo was mighty disappointed. I could’ve been handled better during our stay so that we knew what was going on. The host has offered a discount on a future stay.

Fantastic place to stay. We came to both relax and to explore the area. The town was very nice and the accommodation is really well located. Parking could not be safer. The pool is really nice, close to the accommodation and the kids loved the slide. There was a great playground close. We saw some of the fresh produce markets and there were some great restaurant options in town, which was close.

This is a lovely, comfortable, and fully equipped condo with views of Lake Okanagan and a full suite of amenities associated with the resort. I would definitely stay here again. We did not have any need to communicate at length with the host as everything was as expected.
