Bright, comfortable apartment in a listed beach villa dating back to the resort architecture. Exclusive location on the Baltic coast, the beach is 70m, behind the house of the park with walking paths and the Baltic Wheel Trail. All sports facilities, such as surfing, kite surfing, sailing in the immediate vicinity as well as cycling: A bicycle rental is located 2 minutes behind the house on the parking garage / Park Street. Before the apartment is on the promenade that leads to the lighthouse and the jetty. there are approximately 10 minutes walk to the center / church square. The apartment has no parking. Wireless free lockable bike storage room / stroller Nichraucherwohnung 100 Euro deposit within 7 days of booking on account, final payment 14 days before arrival to our account. Arrival from 14 o'clock pm Departure until 10 o'clock o'clock

Die wunderschöne 1910 erbaute Villa direkt am Strand hat uns super gefallen - ebenso der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die nette Vermieterin. Einziges Manko: es ist kein Parkplatz inclusive...

Sehr positiv ist, die Lage der Ferienwohung, direkt am Strand von Warnemünde. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
Die Ferienwohung wurde vor längerer Zeit kostenbewußt saniert und ist inzwischen deutlich abgewohnt. Der Schlafbereich ist gut. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind sehr einfach.
