Tolles ruhiges Haus am Fuße der Sierra Nevada

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus mit eigenem Pool. Hoch über dem Städtchen Orgiva, mit Blick auf Weinreben, Olivenbäume und Sicht auf die Berge von allen Seiten. Nutzgarten konnte mit genutzt werden. Zweckmässige Kücheneinrichtung zum täglichen Kochen geeignet. Internett sehr gut. Netter, sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Confort spartiate.

Vue et piscine magnifique. Propre. Accès un peu difficile sans 4x4 ou voiture un peu basse. Electricité solaire qui limite les usages (filtration piscine, tv etc). Le point à améliorer la literie très dure, matelas trop petit (1m40 x 1m90). Eau chaude avec récho à gaz qui dans la douche n a jamais été très chaude. Accueil correct, le propriétaire passe une à deux fois par jour. Les chiens des voisins aussi. Le village est un lieu de passage très fréquenté par les hippies d'Europe du nord. Convient bien à ce mode de vie.

Enkele nadelen: - Lange onverharde, moeilijk begaanbare weg naar de woning. - Ontbreken van ligbedden bij zwembad. - Geen goede parasol of andere voorziening voor schaduw bij zwembad.

Great place for the intrepid. Approach is difficult, up steep non tarmac dirt road. Just about passable by ordinary car, but more suitable for high clearance car or S.U.V.

Il manque un micro-onde,une cafetière électrique, un ventilateur, une télé plus grande, lumière sur la terrasse, un poste, une armoire dans la chambre, une horloge, pas d'autorisation de faire un barbecue et chemin d'accès à la propriété dangereux et inapproprié
