Nuestra Finca Rural Órgiva by Ruralidays

Villa situated close to the town of Órgiva, in the region of Alpujarra Granadina, in the province of Granada, Andalucia.

You are undoubtedly looking for a quiet oasis to which you can escape from the bustle of the city. After a year of work and routine, you deserve to relax and recharge your batteries. You want a vast grass-garden, where your children can play without dangers, and if it is provided with a swing and a football area, even better! A heaven-like, fenced swimming pool, whose waterfalls and calming water sound will make you forget about everything. Plenty of vegetation, spectacular views, light, sun, comfort. If you take a look at the photos of this holiday home, does it not look like the house you were dreaming about?

This holiday home is provided with three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other two with two single beds each, a bathroom with shower, a cosy, fireplace-equipped dining-living room and a thoroughly equipped independent kitchen. The living room and the bedrooms feature hot/cold air-con.

Fruit and olive trees are plentiful in the outdoor area, and their delicious scent will accompany you during your stay. You will also be able to get to the river Orgiva from the garden of this spectacular holiday villa, which is also equipped with parking for up to three cars and paved access, apart from the last 200 meters.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a nice time at this property. The place looked exactly like it did on the website, actually the photos don't really do justice to the outdoor spaces. They are beautifully kept, spotless really, and so nicely landscaped. We ate citrus from the trees every day and made fires in the outdoor fireplace each night. Just lovely! The host was so nice and helpful, giving us great recommendations for the area and he even came and cleaned the pool even though it was cold and November (we are from a cold part of the US and my son will swim in any weather!). He was helpful but also left us alone to enjoy our holiday after a nice welcome, the perfect balance of being there when we needed him but also giving us privacy. The road getting to the house is not for the faint hearted, it's the width of one car and a two way road, but we may it work with no trouble, it just took some getting used to. Definitely would recommend this house as a great place to stay.

Het huis lag eigenlijk op een een landgoed. Het is een hele mooie en schone accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien. Een klein paradijsje net buiten Orgiva in een prachtige omgeving. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en vertelt ook nog wat over de bezienswaardigheden rond Orgiva

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa von Ramons. Es liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und das Gelände der Villa ist geräumig und gepflegt. Um die Gegend zu erkunden, ist wahrscheinlich ein Auto erforderlich, aber wir sind in 20 bis 30 Minuten ins Zentrum von Orgiva gelaufen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Der Besitzer ist unglaublich nett und immer erreichbar. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön. Das Schwimmbad ist ein Traum - ein abschließbaren Zaun darum Rum macht das auch die Eltern beruhigt die Zeit genießen können und dann gibt es auch noch den Spielplatz. Die Kinder haben die Zeit genossen und haben den Ramon - so wie wir auch - vom Anfang an sehr gerne gemocht! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus in Orgiva ist perfekt für eine Familie bis 6 Personen. Alles war in bester Ordnung und wie auf den Fotos. Ramon ist ein äusserst hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wenn wie bei uns noch eine zweite Familie reist, kann man bei ruralidays sogar noch das Nachbarhaus hinzumieten, welches ebenfalls Ramon gehört. Der Weg zum Meer beträgt ca. eine halbe Stunde, nach Granada ca. 50min. Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist nicht wirklich touristisch und sehenswert, aber rings um Orgiva (recht alternativ und mit vielen Restaurants) gibt es wunderbare Wandermöglichkeiten in der Sierra Nevada. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The house is spacious too, rustic but comfortable with a great wood fire to warm up (it was cold out in late November). Definitely want to come back!

Prachtige goed onderhouden tuin met alle privacy. Huis zelf prima, in alle ruimtes airco wat met heel warm weer toch wel aangenaam is. Supervriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Orgiva zelf op loopafstand (25 min). Een rustig stadje, op donderdag met de markt is het levendig.
