Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa in Alcudia. The location was stellar, right on the strip, close to a plethora of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. And most importantly, a stone’s throw from the beach. Would highly recommend you stay here.

Bigger than we thought,Excellent accommodation & outside space with the garden and the terrace at the front of the property Overall very clean (a little bit dark inside due to heavy weight outside shutters but these would be a godsend in the high of summer)Only issue was no internet connection (which was reported) very good booking agent who answered our messages instantly Would book again

Very average stay

We had an average stay in the house. All the compliances in the kitchen are old and should be replaced (from the pans to the oven and dishwasher). The decor of the house is also a little old-fashioned. There were issues with the electricity (known as this was mentioned in the arrival booklet). We had lots of power outage when turning on the AC/heaters. They didn't work really well, don't recommend for the winter... But it was cheap, I guess it's better in the summer, Alcudia was a ghost town!

Wir waren nach zwei Jahren wegen der schönen Lage und Strandnähe ein zweites Mal in diesem Haus. Leider gab es diesmal mehr Mängel.Bereits vor zwei Jahren hatten wir Anregungen gegeben, die leider nicht umgesetzt wurden. Im Bad fehlen weiterhin Handtuchhaken, WC-Rollenhalter und Duschablage. Die veralteten Fenster und Türen klemmten teilweise. Zunächst waren drei Schlösser defekt, von denen zwei ausgetauscht wurden – das Problem an der Badezimmertür blieb bestehen.Auch die Beschreibung entspricht nicht mehr den Gegebenheiten: Im hinteren Bereich fehlen Loungemöbel mit Sonnensegel und Sonnenschutz über dem Esstisch. Wegen der starken Sonne ist dieser Bereich tagsüber kaum nutzbar. Die Liegen unter dem großen Olivenbaum sind ebenfalls kaum nutzbar.Der Weg zum hinteren Garten sollte vorsichtig begangen werden, da mehrere Gehwegplatten abgesackt oder beschädigt sind. Dieser Zustand bestand bereits vor zwei Jahren.Zudem mussten wir wegen vier Tage fehlenden Internets, Problemen mit den Türen, fehlender Küchenausstattung und einer beim Hinsetzen zusammengebrochenen Couch wiederholt Interhome kontaktieren. Das kostete Zeit und Nerven.Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in Alcúdia. Lage und Strandnähe sind große Pluspunkte. Mit besserer Instandhaltung, Funktionalität und zeitgemäßer Ausstattung wäre der Aufenthalt angenehmer gewesen.Für uns besteht ein Missverhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung. In diesem Zustand würden wir das Objekt nicht erneut buchen.

Wir waren für den Mega Marsch zu Gast in der Villa Rosa. Das Haus war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren im nahen Umgeld vorhanden. Der Weg zum Stand war fussläufig ganz bequem zu erreichen. Allerdings ist es schon sehr prakitiach ein Auto Vorort zu haben. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die einzelnen Zimmer ist groß genug. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern haben sehr weiche Matratzen, die waren für meinen Rücken leider nicht so gut. Die Küche war sauber, das Geschirr ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist zusammen gewürfelt. Trotzdem benutzbar. die Fotos verwirren , die sind geschönt. Der Garten mit Rasen entpuppt sich als künstlich, nur Plastik. Schade, wir haben dann doch lieber nicht gegrillt. Vor dem Haus ist alles schick.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Lage ist super, nur 200m zum Strand. Das Haus ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Etwas irritierend ist der Kunstrasen im Garten.

Schönes ruhiges Haus

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Lage sehr Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Schöner Garten mit Liegen. Das Meer ist ebenfalls in 5min zu Fuß erreicht. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es sollten ein paar Dinge gemacht werden. Die Schlösser der Türen und die Riegel der Fenster ließen sich nur sehr schwer bedienen. Die Lampen auf der Terasse waren defekt. Und zwei der Betten waren nicht bezogen. Stopfen WC defekt Kein Deutsches Fernsehen wie angekündigt, mein Dad braucht seine Nachrichten.

Gut gelegen und komfortabel

Das Haus ist gut für 6 Personen nutzbar. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge, Spaziergänge und Strandbesuche ideal.Und es ist trotzdem ruhig !XXX war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt und wurde trotz Reklamation bei der Schlüsselübergabe nicht ausgetauscht.
