Modern apartment with a wonderful view of the pond

Modern granny flat on the first floor in a family house with its own entrance via an external staircase. High quality beds and equipment for up to 5 people, 6 people on request. South balcony with beautiful pond view and west balcony with beautiful evening sun. Spacious rooms with high-quality equipment such as B. Fireplace and sliding doors to the lake view. Flat screen TV with DVD player and WII game console. Complete kitchen equipment with kitchen island and many kitchen appliances. Large bathroom with dressing room and shower / bathtub. Washing machine is available. A somewhat steep staircase leads to the loft, where a double bed and 2 single beds are divided into 30 square meters. The 5th and possibly 6th Person sleeps on the pull-out sofa bed.
The apartment is located in a mixed residential / commercial area. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a slight humming noise from a carpentry shop next door, which you can only hear when the windows are open.

Transit for Neumünster shopping

We needed a place nearby Neumünster, and found this. Very nice and big. Nice to be able to see Netflix when it was raining at the evening.

Tolle große Ferienwohnung

Auch wenn es nur ein Wochenende lang war, war der Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr schön gewesen. Es ist ein großes Haus. Die Vermieter wohnen zwar mit im Haus, im Erdgeschoss, aber man bemerkte sie überhaupt nicht. Eher das Gegenteil. Es war richtig schön ruhig und entspannend. Und sollte man doch noch etwas benötigen, konnte man sich an die Vermieter jederzeit wenden. In die Wohnung selbst, gelang man über eine Außentreppe. Es erwartet einen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, verteilt auf zwei Etagen. In der oberen Etage waren die Betten, wobei man über eine recht steile Treppe hinauf gelangt. Die Treppe selbst, sollte man demnach, vorsichtig herunter gehen. Im Großen und Ganzen: super nette Vermieter, ruhige Gegend, gut ausgestattete geräumige Wohnung. Einfach top!

Nette Lage

Ein sehr schöner Ausblick von dem Balkon der Fewo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Waren über das Wochenende in Barmstedt, ob man unter der Woche die Firmen in der Umgebung hört, können wir nicht beurteilen. Schöne saubere Wohnung Check in völlig problemlos.

Kurztrip nach HH und Umgebung

Wir waren sehr zufriedenund haben und uns gleich wohl gefühlt, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirlich alles vorhanden was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Tolle Infrastruktur, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeitnen und viele schöne Restaurants. Gerne wieder wenn wir wieder nach Hamburg kommen!

Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet. (Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle , Sat-TV, Wii-Konsole ......) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 3 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Joggen, Spazierengehen auf dem Ausschaltete stiehlt ab der Haustür möglich. Unser Labrador fand die Terasse/Balkon mit Blick auf den Teich unwiderstehlich. Die Metalltreppe zur Wohnung aussen ist nix für kleine Hundepfoten . für ein paar Tage ideal. Sehr netter Kontakt per Mail und vor Ort. Würden wiederkommen

Gezellig en compleet appartement

Het is een gezellig en compleet appartement met veel ruimte. Heerlijke bedden. We hebben er niet gekookt. We waren veel weg en hadden een druk programma. In de vijver waarop wij vanaf het balkon keken zagen we grote vissen springen. We hebben geen TV gekeken en met de WII gespeeld. Er lagen ook een aantal boeken.

Traumdomizil im Grünen

Wir waren leider nur 6 Tage in Barmstedt, haben aber jede Minute in der Wohnung genossen. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön, nur das Wetter war es nicht! So konnten wir uns an dem "Ausguck" gar nicht recht erfreuen. Zudem ist auf der Westseite noch eine kleine Terrasse, auf der man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. In der Wohnung ist Platz genug und die Küche hat alles, was man an Geräten braucht. Auch die Kleinigkeiten wie Salz u. Gewürze waren schon da. Und Messer in reichlicher Auswahl! Für uns war die Lage ideal - gleiche Entfernungen nach Itzehoe und Hamburg. Beim nächsten Verwandtenbesuch sind wir wieder da!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you could require. The lake view on the balcony would be lovely in the summer. Anja and her brother were wonderful hosts and extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended to stay here.

Helle gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt außerhalb von Hamburg, zur Nord- und Ostsee ist es jeweils nur eine knappe Stunde zu fahren. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Anja war sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte. Alles in allem eine tolle preisgünstige Ferienwohnung, die sich gut für Ausflüge nach Hamburg oder zum Meer eignet.
