Vacation in a rustic vacation log cabin with flair - new shower room, beach approx. 1 km

The approximately 25m ² large holiday log cabin with new shower room / toilet - winter hard and connected to the central heating - located in the front of our property zuer parking side and offers a combined living-bedroom with double bed and fully equipped kitchenette with sink and 2-plate Hob and coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs, satellite flat screen TV, new shower room and toilet, sleeping for 2-3 people (3. Person in extra bed), own sun terrace in front of the log cabin, barbecue, also bookable as single room, WLAN, 1 dog allowed.

There are no hidden surcharges. Bed linen and towel package are already included.
The beds are made fresh upon arrival.

This holiday blockhouse and our other, modern and suitable equipped holiday homes, apartments are located in the center of the North Sea resort Dornumersiel. From here there are only about 1000 meters to the beach and the idyllic fishing port and the marina.

From block house and the apartments of walk takes you to the supermarket and the bakery, as well a variety of restaurants nearby. Other shopping with supermarkets and discounters, see Dornum about 4KM away.

Our spacious and child-friendly holiday complex with 3 apartments and 3 apartments of about 28m ² to about 85m ² and 3 rustic log cabins (each about 25m ²), located in a beautifully landscaped garden with playground and lawn and large sandpit with beach feeling.

Barbecue facilities are available. Sun terraces with garden furniture and umbrellas are available as well.

Parking is directly at the object - Parking lot.

The beds are freshly made on arrival. Towels are in the so-called basic equipment, d. H. Per person 2 towels and 1 bath towel, asked.

Bicycles or Bicycle rentals on site possible. A self-service launderette is located in the nearby Bensersiel. Use of washing machine in the facility by arrangement for a small fee as possible.

Pets (dogs) are welcome! Dog owners please consideration for other guests.

In Dornumersiel and Neßmersiel, the Tourismus GmbH free dog waste bags of donated machines to the beaches and walking trails available.

Only Neßmersiel and northern dike have their own dog beach. In Norddeich your dog may there on the beach even run off the lead and in great water.

Instead of a dog beach Dornumersiel has set up a beautiful 2.5km long dog-round trail leading partly right on the water and beneath the bank along.

From Dornumersiel you can reach with day trips to the North Sea island Langeoog.
Neßmersiel is the ferry to the North Sea island Baltrum. Various excursions such. B. to the seal banks are here also in the program.

The coastal towns Neßmersiel and Bensersiel are each only about 8 or 7 KM away.
To "Bear City" Esen is about 10 KM.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Blockhütte ist für 2 Wochen genau das richtige für uns. Wir hatten einen separaten Außenbereich direkt vor der Tür. Manchmal sind die Vermieter oder andere nette Geste vorbeigelaufen was ab und an zu einem kurzen und schönen Plausch geführt hatte. Die Vermieter und ihre liebenswürdige Schäferhündin waren stets freundlich und haben uns gute Infos gegeben wenn wir Fragen hatten. Alles in allem würde ich jedem die Blockhütte an der Nordsee empfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Viele Grüße, Christine Mann und Daria Bäcker

Schöner Urlaub an der Nordsee

Das Blockhaus hat ein neues Bad und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage nahe am Binnensee und am Meer idt toll und man kann viel mit dem Hund unternehmen.

Nette Idee, aber staubig, pfuschig und abgewohnt

Eigentlich süße Hütte, funktional eingerichtet, kommt auf den ersten Blick recht rustikal daher. Leider ergeben sich auf den zweiten Blick viele kleinere Mängel, die das Urlaubserlebnis in ihrer Summe schmälern: Bilder suggerieren schöne Lage im Garten, Hütte liegt aber direkt an der Straße, daher zu laut. Ausstattung: es gibt KEINEN Backofen, die bunt zusammengewürfelte Küchenausstattung passt nicht zusammen, insbes. die einzige Pfanne ist zu groß für den 2-Plattenherd. Kühlschrank extrem klein, wenig Wasserdruck in der Küche und gigantische Wasserverschwendung nötig, bis mal heißes Wasser zum Abspülen oder Duschen kommt- wenn überhaupt. Bad zwar neu, aber extrem klein (Waschbecken kaum nutzbar, beim Zähneputzen schauen, dass man trifft!) und extrem pfuschig ausgeführt: Alte Spanplatten nicht abgedeckt, fehlende Silikonfugen, verpfuschte Eckventile, Tür geht dauernd auf, wenn man nicht abschließt, weil sie schief montiert wurde, oder geht gar nicht ganz auf, weil sie dann am Boden hängen bleibt; Montagekleber am Türrahmen überall sichtbar. Mobiliar: funktional aber abgeranzt, alt, staubig (bloß nicht die Sessel bewegen- Stauballergie!), Vorhänge müssten dringend mal gewaschen werden, Achtung: Holzboden an vielen Stellen kaputt, dass man nicht barfuß laufen kann, weil Spieße rausstehen, Bett knarzt furchtbar. Sauberkeit: Naja. Kochgeschirr war fettig und musste erstmal gespült werden, Tisch mal abgewischt- Lappen war grau. Spinnenweben in den Ecken, der Spinnenkadaver im Vorhang und der Ameisenköder unterm Fernseher deuten darauf hin, dass schon lange nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde, aber Details sind eben ausschalggebend. Der Versuch zu staubsaugen (Fehler gemacht und unters Bett geschaut) schlug fehl, weil der vorhandene Staubi außer stinkige Filterluft verteilen nichts konnte. Insgesamt kann man es aushalten, aber man merkt, dass hier alles 2. od. 3. Wahl ist. Die Bilder wecken höhere Erwartungen, sodass das Preis- Leistungsverhältn. insges. nicht stimmt. Schade. Hütte so ordentlich wie es unter o.g. Umständen eben ging, verlassen. Zuletzt betrübt die seltsame Reaktion d. Vermieter(s. auch andere Bewertungen), dass alle Mängel pauschal nicht stimmen würden, inkls. haltloser Vorwürfe, dass man mit der Mietsache nicht ordentlich umgegangen sei, weil ein Glas kaputtgegangen ist und unordentlich abgereist sei, trotz sehr freundlicher Ankunft. Erwarte daher weitere Vorwürfe in Antwort, z.B. nicht geleerter Mülleimer, weil die Tonne voll war..

Echt uriges Blockhaus

Der Ort Dornumersiel ist so ganz nett, schöne Wege zum Spazierengehen und nicht so vom Tourismus überfüllt. Was das Blockhaus angeht sind die Fotos viel versprechender als die Wirklichkeit. Die Aussicht ist nicht auf Garten, sondern auf die Hauptstraße und von Häusern umringter Hof. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, war einiges vom Inventar schon kramig. Technisch musste einiges beanstandet, wie z.B. der defekte Fernseher aus alten Zeiten, das WLAN, dass zeitlich nur sehr schwach war und später, nach der angeblichen Reperatur, gar nicht mehr funktionierte und der Techniker erst nach drei Tagen kommen sollte. Die Standfestigkeit der Toilletenschüssel war mehr als abenteuerlich und da das Rohr auch dazu noch leckte, musste ein Klempner gerufen werden. Das alles kann ja mal im Urlaub auch passieren. Ärgerlich war, dass die Hauswirte jeden dieser Schäden erst mal abstritten und die Besichtigung der Mängel erst nach Tagen wiederholten Beschwerdens unsererseits, erfolgte und sich dann aber auch darum bemühten die Mängel beheben. Am Endeffekt verließen wir 2 Tage früher das Blockhaus, weil das WLAN nicht mehr befügbar war. Im Bett schläft es sich ganz gut, die Holzleiste musste aber erst noch stabilisiert werden. Man muss sagen,dass es ruhig war, was uns auch gut gefiel.

Preis/Leistung super

Die kleine Blockhütte eignet sich super für einen günstigen Urlaub zu zweit. Sie liegt sehr zentral: Supermarkt, Bäcker, verschiedene Restaurants und ein Fahrradverleih liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Hütte, der Strand ist etwa 1km entfernt. Größe und Ausstattung sind absolut ausreichend und entsprechen einem angemessenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einzig einen Backofen oder eine dritte Herdplatte haben wir vermisst. Grundsätzlich war die Hütte sauber. Lediglich beim Blick in die Ecken konnten wir einige Staubwölkchen entdecken, was uns aber nicht allzu sehr gestört hat.
