Nestled in the hills, just minutes from the Pacific Ocean you will find this stunning Coastal Retreat. Come relax in the spa and share stories around the fire at this fantastic Southern California property!

After a fun day out, kick back and relax in this freshly remodeled abode complete with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a tub.

Enjoy the kitchen equipped with all the tools you need to prepare a fantastic meal for the family, or order in from the numerous restaurant options nearby! Right outside the kitchen is a dining room with an 8 person table perfect for bringing the whole family together over dinner.

In the living room, enjoy the comfy sofa and watch a movie on the 65’’ smart TV.

There is central heat and air conditioning along with a washer and dryer for your convenience as well.

Outside, kick your feet back and enjoy the amazing weather Southern California is known for, complete with a:

- Outdoor tables for relaxing or dining al fresco.

If you decide to venture out from this relaxing retreat, you are close to a lot of renowned attractions!

The entire main house and back yard with the spa and fire pit are yours to use and enjoy during your stay. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you must contact host for parking instructions.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS or MUSIC allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and exterior noise during this time isn't allowed.
- All outdoor activities must be moved inside by 10pm.
- Sorry, not suitable for pets at this time.

- We have high speed internet (WiFi). There is a smart TV in the living room. Just log into your preferred accounts, like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV and stream away.
