Welcome to our family's vacation home on Playa Las Lajas, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Panama! and a definite local favorite. Our home has all the amenities you need to enjoy a fun, private and memorable getaway. Relax with your entire family and friends at our peaceful "slice of paradise!"

This modern beachfront home, boasting 4000 square feet of indoor living space and more than 1000 square feet of outdoor patio space. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by an amazing ocean view! The large family area features an open-concept design, with the kitchen, dining area, and family room seamlessly blending together. This beautiful home offers two master bedrooms with en-suite restrooms and walk-in closets, as well as one bedroom with two queen beds, custom-made closet areas, and a 3/4 restroom. The loft includes a pull-down Murphy bed with a 3/4 bath, perfect for extra guests. All sleeping areas have their own AC units and ceiling fans to accommodate a variety of temperature requirements.

Step outside onto the lower patio and the stunning in-ground swimming pool, designed for all ages to enjoy. With a swim-up bar and grill, you can relax and have fun with friends and family while enjoying your favorite foods and adult beverages! There are 2 outdoor showers for convenient rinsing off from the ocean and the pool; an out door restroom located right off the pool area; a rancho located right beside the beach for boogie boarding breaks and ocean watching! Don't miss your chance to experience luxurious beachfront living at its finest.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

After exposure to the ocean, shower off in one of the 2 outdoor showers, before entering the pool. Otherwise the algae will turn the pool water green.

NO motorized vehicles allowed on the beach. This includes 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, and vehicles. Please respect the noise curfew at 11pm.

Keep sand out of sinks, showers and bathtub. Shower outside to remove sand. Only flush toilet paper and human waste down toilets. Nothing else.
