Be close to everything at Copper Mountain in this cozy Hotel Room. The condo complex is located at the base of the Green Acres Learning Area and is only 200 yards away from the Pitchfork lift, which is great for kids and beginners. More advanced skiers can ride this bunny slope chairlift up then take the traverse ski run to the Super B chair lift. The Super B 6-pack chairlift will take you 2000 feet up to the top of the mountain and accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. You can also walk to Center Village to access the American Eagle and American Flyer Lifts. Fantastic spot for all abilities! This hotel room has a Queen Bed. The bathroom is not en suite. There is a flat screen TV in this bedroom. There is a small kitchenette featuring a microwave, Coffee maker, and mini fridge. There is an awesome Outdoor Heated Pool with amazing views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains, a rare gem at Copper Mountain! The pool is heated to nearly 100 degrees in the winter and 80 in the summer. There is a Grill in the pool area for your enjoyment. There are many great restaurants in walking distance as well. There is a small market in Center Village for groceries. The closest "normal" grocery store is in Frisco, about a 10 minute drive from Copper Mountain. Please note: There is not an elevator in the building and this unit is on the second floor.

Amenities: Copper Valley has a laundry room in the building, please bring your own laundry detergent (options for quarters and credit card via mobile-app). Your private ski locker is on the ground floor. There is also a tuning table in the locker room, Great for Ski Racers! For summer guests, you are welcome to store bicycles in the ski locker room, please bring your own bicycle lock. There is also a sauna for your enjoyment. And don't forget there is a year round outdoor heated pool! Parking: There is a outdoor parking spot for 1 vehicle. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free.

Convenient location

Great location close to the Pitchfork lift, which you can take to get on the Skid Road trail to the Super Bee lift. The pool is open 4-9 in the winter, and is more like a huge hot tub than a pool with very warm water. Center Village is about a 5-7 minute walk. We had a great time!

The carpet in the room was old, stained and worn. Where the carpet transitioned to tile at the foyer I felt the tack strip stabbing my bare feet. I did greatly enjoy relaxing in the heated pool in the afternoon.

Ski in, hike out

Everything you need and expect from a hotel room. To access the closest ski lift, there is a significant uphill climb so not truly ski out. You can ski back in by heading for the outdoor parking lot. There is no shuttle service at this hotel but the 2 villages with restaurants are a .3 mile walk away.

Unbelievable location

Walked up maybe 100 yards to lift and skied back to within 50 feet of the condo. Check in took maybe 2 minutes and super knowledgeable. We walked to both East and center village. Approx 3 minute walk to each. Super clean, everything we needed. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on that. My only bummer was that there was no hot tub. We would definitely rent again.

I liked the location. Sigh nag poor confusing what entrance to use also getting to room 210a took us 30 minutes to figure out what entrance? By pool or underground parking side door. You folks need to work on Common areas. Poor cleanliness especially staircases. Hope that helps will come again thanks so much. John Grassl

Perfect for Short Stays

This was our first trip to Copper mountain and chose Copper Valley for our 3 night stay due to the reasonable price and proximity to the slopes. The building had ski lockers designated for each room, which was very convenient. The building is very safe and clean. The residents are friendly and provide helpful tips on the village and slopes. We may get a larger room next time, our room was a bit cramped for us. It was perfect for this trip since we were gone all day, however, next time, we will get a larger space with a kitchen. We were still able to make meals out of the microwave and store our groceries in the fridge. The coffee maker was a 4 cup, which was perfect for 2 people. The hosts were great and made sure we were accommodated well. I recommend this property to either a couple or 1 person and would rent from them again.

When I checked in even the person at the desk said “good luck with that”. Even with plenty of snow, this is NOT a ski in property. Paid too much and was mislead.

Exactly what it says on the cover

This consonis alexscrly what it says and nothing it doesn't. Small hotel room-esque condo, a bed, a tv, a chair, and a bathroom, simple, but it isnt lying about itself. Walkable to Super Bee easily, can ski almost right to back door, just cut off Skid Road to learning area then down a hill. One slight annoyance is that you have to check in at another building, not the same building. Can hear everyruijg that goes on in adjacent condo. 210 vs 210A, i didnt have any issues but could foresee it possibly being noisy

Room smaller than would have liked

Getting luggage into this property after check-in is rough. There should be a ramp to wheel luggage up instead of drag up two flights of stairs to get to the door. Then! …. 2 more flights of stairs inside the building….there is no elevator. The picture of the room made it look larger than actually was. There is nowhere to sit and relax in the room other than 1 chair. Any time spent in the room you had to sit on the bed. I really expected that there would be a couch in the room also… like most hotel rooms do.
