Convenient location Modern Farmhouse

Come stay on a 20 acre farm! See cows from your windows and corn growing nearby! The sunsets are amazing!
This location is 6.5 miles to I84 and just beyond that is the Ford Idaho Center and equestrian areas. Great location if you are coming during rodeo season as we can accomodate extra parking and have an available pasture for horses for an additional charge.
Absolutely no partying, smoking of any kind, drugs or pets are allowed. We charge a fee of $500 if we discover any of these after your checkout.
Completely updated farmhouse with tall ceilings and roomy areas.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher and most small appliances.
Water softening system for great well water.
2 comfortable bedrooms with nice bedding, large closets and nightstands.
The flex room has a new queen sleeper sofa for comfortable sleeping for 6!
Bathroom has a tub/shower and small toiletries provided. Extra towels in both bedrooms . Large living room/dining area with large couch and loveseat. 55” tv with WiFi . Dining area is open to the living area.
laundry room washer , dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside patio with beautiful views, table with 4 chairs and 2 lounging Adirondack chairs, gas bbq and propane firepit.

This was the cutest little farmhouse with all the amenities.

Loved staying at this farmhouse that not only had the amenities that hotels don’t, but also has such a cozy feel that it was easy to relax at the end of the day as if we were home. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Modern Farmhouse was great! It was stylishly decorated but very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We didn’t do much cooking there, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Communication with Dori was easy and efficient. We enjoyed our getaway!

Family Visit

Excellent stay. Visited daughter, son-in-law and our 4 grandchildren (one newborn). They live literally 2 minutes from The Farm House. House was cozy, clean and perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen and nice back yard area overlooking the farm. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Cozy Little Farmhouse

This little farmouse is a cute, cozy and clean! The location is close enough to town while still feeling remote and private. The property manager, Dori, was very informative and available for any inquiries (I didn't have any questions, as she was that helpful). Charming and Stylish Farmhouse with Close Access to City

I loved staying at this wonderful little farmhouse. The listing was accurate and true. Usually the pictures look better than the reality. This property was just as wonderful (more so) than the pictures in the listing. You have all the comforts and conveniences of being at home. I enjoyed a peaceful stay while visiting family. Helping with the move

We chose this venue so we could watch grandchildren during the day while their parents were packing their home for a move. It worked out great as we were able to play outdoors in the yard as well as play games and watch movies in the house. Quality grandparent time and made the packing a quick and smooth process.

Adorable farmhouse

We had the most amazing time. We loved seeing the cows every day. The farmhouse was adorable and fully stocked. We didn’t lack for anything. The owner is super sweet and helped us right away when we couldn’t figure out how to open the door (just pull and hold the door tightly while the code is processing and it will open. If you don’t hold it closed the lock won’t click). Other than that it was literally the best stay. We will come back each year and rent this same house.

We are neighbors to this property and have cows here most of the year. This home has recently undergone extensive upgrades to make it a wonderful place to stay. The sunsets are truly beautiful and unobstructed views in most directions. You can see the mountains in all directions and although close in location, this property still feels like you are in the country. Whether you are visiting Idaho to fish, ski, relax, work, or attend one of the many rodeos, this property will be perfect!

Why they chose this property

Just 6.5 miles from I-84 and 2.5 to Kuna. Enjoy the idea of Idaho in this property where time is slowed down just a bit!

What makes this property unique

Country feel, close in to everything you need. Very comfortable beds, comfortable living areas and relaxing outdoor areas. Fully equipped kitchen and good sized dining area. Guests can feel free to walk the property and enjoy the outdoors. There is a small pasture that could be used to keep a horse for short periods of time. Available upon request and for an additional fee.
