La Bavardelle: house for 10 people, 100 m from the beach, large garden

The single-storey house is composed of a large central room of 50 m² with 2 wings which each accommodate a sleeping area, and a veranda of 26m² which extends the living spaces

West side:
- "Fish watching" room: 2 bunk beds of 90 x 190 cm (the upper bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old) + 1 single bed of 90 x 190 cm, 1 bedside, 1 chest of drawers, blackout curtains
- "Sunbathing" bedroom: double bed 140 x 190 cm, 2 bedside tables, 1 desk/console, 1 chair, 1 wardrobe/shelving storage, shutters. Direct access to the veranda
- 1 bathroom: washbasin, shower, towel dryer, toilet, hair dryer

East side:
- "Walking in the dunes" room: 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers, a desk area, 1 armchair, blackout curtains
- "Diving into the waves" room: 3 single beds 80 x 190 cm, 1 bedside table, 1 shelf, 1 chest of drawers and shelves, blackout curtains.
- 1 bathroom: washbasin, shower, towel dryer, hair dryer
- 1 separate toilet

In the central part, 3 open living areas:
- The fitted and equipped kitchen: large fridge, freezer, induction hob with integrated hood, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, bean coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pancake maker, food processor
- A dining area: 6 chairs, extendable table, folding chairs, chest of drawers
- The winter lounge: fireplace (use in winter only and on request), 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, rattan armchairs, small sofa, coffee table, 2 end tables, carpet, sideboard with TV and DVD equipment.

The dining area gives access to a large L-shaped veranda:
- A summer dining area: extendable outdoor table and outdoor chairs
- A relaxation area: benches, rattan chairs and armchairs, bookcases

Board games, books, indoor and outdoor games for all ages, TV and DVD player, DVD are available

Garage where there is a washing machine and dryer. Free access you can store your belongings if necessary (bike, surf, beach equipment,...) but the stored belongings are private.

The entire accommodation is available except for one room that is not currently furnished, its entrance is closed and we ask you to respect it for safety reasons.

Sheets are provided (one pair per bed), as well as tea towels and hand towels (2 per bathroom).
You can rent towels and/or beach towels (10 €/towel) by letting me know in advance so that it can be prepared for your arrival.

The cleaning fee is included in the rental, however the house must be returned in order and in a correct condition. If the cleaning fee is exceeded, you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
As in the case of damage, we reserve the right to contact the Air B&B resolution centre to report any careless and serious traveller

Other remarks
Environment:

The access to the Dunes beach is less than 50 metres from the house. Once the dunes are crossed by a fine sandy path, you will find yourself on a beautiful and long beach with an area reserved for surfing, another for swimming (supervised) and a little further still for kite surfing

The nautical base of La Normandelière, where the sailing school is located, can be reached quickly on foot by the dunes or by bike

Many activities are available in the surrounding area:
