Excellent location!

This property was extremely clean and nice, and in a very good and safe location for my employees. The owner is extremely responsive and professional. The only issue they experienced was the internet went out, but the owner was more than willing to assist to get it resolved. I would highly recommend this property!

Overall experience not good

It’s very disappointing to see that rooms were not cleaned at all. Beds were left unmade and uncleaned. Found used tissues on the bed. Totally unhygienic. Bed sheets were not cleaned at all. Bedding was torn as well. No paper towels , garbage bags were there. I have to sent message about the same. After that we got all those supplies. But my question is why the supplies were not taken care before our stay. Why host waited for the request about finished stuff from us. Also in description it was mentioned 4 king size bed but actual only 1 bedroom has king size bed, 2 rooms have queen size n 4 the bedroom has bunk bed. Because of this few were unable to stay in bedroom. Also one more thing that I did not liked about host is he started asking us when we would be checking out on the day before we were checked in to the property.

Happy with our stay!

We had three families getting together from NY and NJ meeting families in FL for a family reunion in this home. Had a great time except for some minor glitches which the owner was eager to help with. He was responsive with our concerns and tried his best to help. Thank you Julio and family for letting us stay at your property. Blessings to your family. 😊

We truly enjoy being hosts because it allows us to create a welcoming space where guests can feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home. Hosting gives us the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and be part of their travel experience, whether they’re visiting for work, vacation, or special moments with family.

We take pride in maintaining a clean, well equipped home and paying attention to the little details that make a stay memorable. For us, it’s not just about providing a place to stay it’s about creating a positive experience where guests feel cared for and valued.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and safety. It’s a quiet, family-friendly area where guests can relax and feel at ease, while still being close to everything South Florida has to offer.

The location is very central, with easy access to major highways, shopping centers, restaurants, and nearby cities like Fort Lauderdale and Miami. This makes it ideal for both vacation travelers and work crews who need to move around the area easily.

We also love that the neighborhood has a welcoming, residential feel it allows our guests to experience a more authentic and peaceful stay, rather than a crowded tourist environment.

What makes this property unique

What sets our property apart is the combination of comfort, space, and thoughtful details designed with guests in mind. Our home is ideal for families, work teams, and larger groups, offering multiple sleeping arrangements and flexible spaces so everyone can feel comfortable without feeling crowded.

We’ve equipped the home with amenities that go beyond the basics features like entertainment options for both adults and kids, practical setups for longer stays, and convenient parking that accommodates work vehicles or trailers, which is especially helpful for contractors and traveling crews.

Located in a quiet, convenient area, our property offers a balance of relaxation and accessibility. Most importantly, we take pride in being attentive hosts, making sure the home is always clean, well-maintained, and ready to provide a smooth, enjoyable stay from check-in to check-out.
