This cozy 3-bedroom house is ideal for families or groups of friends! It is located in the forested area just outside of Breckenridge (3 miles to ski gondolas). An easy access off the highway 9 on the flat access road will allow you a quick commute in any weather. Nestled amongst mature trees, prepare to enjoy endless outdoor explorations with nearby hiking, biking, walking, and skiing trails at your fingertips.
The Space:
After a full day of outdoor fun, unwind in this charming Norwegian-styled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home.
Upon entrance to this enchanting home, hang up your coats in the entryway with plenty of storage space for your gear. Keeping your boots dry won't be a problem with the boot warmers provided during your stay.
Relax on the plush sectional sofa and lounge recliner seating in the family room. Unwind from your adventurous day, as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The TV incldues the Xfinity Flex plan with premium Peacock services -- basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (sign in required). Guests will adore the rustic wood-burning fireplace that will keep you warm, as you snuggle up with cozy blankets next to your loved ones.
The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. You will have everything needed to prepare a delicious homemade meal for the entire family. Enjoy your scrumptious dinner in the dining area while sharing exciting stories of your time in Breckenridge.
The private outdoor deck, which can be accessed through the dining area, boasts scenic forest and valley views -- step out, feel the cool breeze of the mountain air, and enjoy a nightcap with your loved ones.
Recharge for the night with the main bedroom, on the first floor, that features a beautiful king-size bed, ample closet space, and a full bathroom, across the hall with tub and shower combo.
Additional guests can make their way to the upper level of the home, with the second bedroom, featuring a lovely queen-size bed, and a spacious walk-in closet. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds. There is also a desk in this room perfect for getting remote work done with our Hi-speed internet (sufficient to support video conferencing). There is a full bathroom, between both bedrooms, with single vanity, a heated towel rack, and a shower/tub combo.
A washer and dryer inside the main bedroom, on the first floor of the home, are available during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor deck, and free parking on the premises for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the road.
The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is located in the Blue River North neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, hiking, and multiple trails. The serene area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 8-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Summit County offers a free ride bus making it a convenient option, with Blue River Road bus stop on the Park County Commuter within 0.6 miles from the home. The Breckenridge historic district is within an 8-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
This home is located next to a busy highway, and therefore will have highway noise from cars passing by.

• Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Pet fees may apply.
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
